The Law Of Vibration

What is vibration?

Vibration is energy and if we look deeper into it, energy is everything made of particles which is known as matter, meaning that any object is made up of tiny particles of energy. This energy can be converted into frequencies that we all hold within our inner world with thoughts and feelings

See the scale of different frequencies that we can hold within us depending on the mood we are in

The low vibrational frequencies are seen as limited consciousness; like when we are having thoughts of shame or anger, we will vibrate these thoughts through our body and if consistently repeated the body and mind will store this belief to be true in our subconscious. This is known as a conditioning belief because we have unconsciously planted this seed over time and created this vibration, and this vibration that we hold will be attracted back to us.

"As within, so without"

I love this quote and I say it quiet regular as when a situation is triggering me or I am going through a difficult situation I will say it so I can sort it within my inner world because if you are getting something thrown at you or it is triggering you from the outside world it is basically letting you know that there is something within your inner world that you are holding and letting you know to change your vibration.

We can, however change this vibration by being aware of it and choosing to change our mindset, and this started for me by noticing what I don't want to what I do want. I started with affirmations and whenever I heard that little voice of doubt I would catch the negative thought and change the story to what I wanted. This took some repeated time along with embodying the new vibration I wanted because the body holds the memories of our subconscious mind.

My daughter had always had nose bleeds from being 5 years old and every time she had one she would shake and get scared, and at secondary school age she had a heavy nose bleed whilst I was at work and it wouldn't stop but it did and little did my daughter know that she accidentally traumatised herself, and days later she had another nose bleed and then came the panic attacks. My daughter was having these big attacks everywhere and I explained to her that her body was holding this vibration with unconscious thoughts which put her body into protection mode whereby it reacted physically with panic, and because of the rush of chemicals being released into her body she also experienced "post-adrenaline hangover attacks" where her body would become weak, tired and dizzy amongst other symptoms.

I obviously requested outside support even though my daughter was listening to me and she would start noticing when she felt panicky and she would use tools like breathing exercises and reframe her thoughts and feelings to more positive ones. My daughter dissolved her physical trauma sensations and now when she has a nose bleed or sees blood she breaths and controls her thoughts and feelings, her fear has not completely gone as it is an ongoing situation but my daughter got rid of her body trauma that did once affect her on a daily basis and I am so proud of what she achieved.

The high vibrational frequencies are seen as expanded consciousness like acceptance, love and joy which are the thoughts and feelings we hold inside, and this vibration attracts the same vibrations to us which coexists with the law of attraction where like attracts like

We are all human and as humans we experience all of these frequencies throughout which are all valid emotions, I am not saying either is good or bad but if we become conscious of our thoughts and feelings we can change our vibration to one that we want and start to attract our desires.
